Charleston Reflections: A Recap of the ASGroup Spring 2025 Conference

Where to begin? The ASGroup Spring 2025 Conference in Charleston was more than just a gathering—it was a vibrant blend of ideas, energy, connection, and that unmistakable southern charm. From start to finish, the week was infused with forward-thinking conversations, invaluable insights, and a clear focus on what’s next for the staffing industry.

As a proud sponsor of ASGroup, TerraFirma Marketing was both an exhibitor and a marketing resource to ASGroup and its members.

Things got rolling Tuesday with a round of golf at Dunes West Golf Club. By all accounts, the weather was spectacular, the course even better, and the setting was perfect for informal networking before the real work began.

That evening, the welcome cocktail reception at Pour Taproom’s rooftop bar offered sweeping views of Charleston and a relaxed atmosphere to reconnect with familiar faces and make new introductions.

Wednesday morning opened with a wonderful buffet breakfast and a powerful keynote from Casey Jacox. His talk, "Win the Relationship, Not the Deal," struck a chord. He reminded us that relationships drive everything—and his V.A.L.U.E. framework and T.E.D. questioning strategy offered real-world tools for deepening trust in every interaction.

From there, the day expanded into a series of breakout sessions featuring top-tier experts from Butler Street, Jacox Coaching, TALLANN Resources, and WinSource. Each brought a unique lens—ranging from AI-powered coaching strategies to unlocking market leadership. The Sales Mastermind Huddle, guided by Christine Proffitt and Joey Frampus, turned into a vibrant exchange of what's working right now in the field.

That night, Prohibition set the stage for an unforgettable networking event—lively music, great conversation, and the kind of camaraderie that defines ASGroup gatherings

Thursday morning delivered more insight, including a breakfast session on optimizing recruitment processes and a standout presentation on building market authority. Practical, actionable, and packed with perspective.

Then came the Charleston Team Building Scavenger Hunt—equal parts fun, clever, and a fantastic way to explore the city while strengthening connections. The day closed out at Share House, where the final networking event brought everyone together one last time in a casual, welcoming space.

Friday’s sessions looked ahead. From a sharp analysis of industry trends and historical shifts to a hands-on workshop on AI-driven tools, the morning was packed with vision. The final takeaway session gave attendees a chance to reflect, share insights, and—most importantly—plan how to put it all into motion back home.

Looking back, the Charleston conference wasn’t just a success—it was a spark. A catalyst. A shared moment of momentum that will carry forward into the months ahead. ASGroup continues to raise the bar, and if this past week was any indication, the Fall 2025 conference is already shaping up to be something special.
