Branded recruitment campaign and sales materials.

When Allied Personnel Services wanted a marketing partner who understood the staffing industry, they reached out to TerraFirma Marketing. With two immediate client needs, the TerraFirma team went right to work. First up – a marketing campaign with the goal of attracting candidates. To distinguish Allied Personnel from their competitors, the strategy was simple: position Allied as a staffing firm that guides candidates through the entire job search process to ultimately find them employment. With a target audience of adults ages 18 to 60, the creative needed broad appeal. Tactics included a strategic combination of digital display and social media ads. To give the campaign a longer life, two sets of ads were developed (shown below).

The second priority was to refresh sales materials to better educate current and prospective clients about Allied’s services. In addition to updated content, the TerraFirma design team gave the sell sheets a fresh, contemporary look that was better aligned with the Allied Personnel brand.

TerraFirma is often (and lovingly) called “the Brand Police" because of our meticulous attention to brand consistency across all marketing and communication platforms.
